| VCR Varistor is
a polycrystalline ceramic body consisting of semi-conducting
zinc-oxide (ZnO) grains and second phase, which including Bi2O3,Sb2O3,
MnO, Coo, etc, and located at the joints of the grains. It is called
varistor(variable resistor), surge absorber or TVS (transient voltage
suppressor) because its electrical resisance varies nonlinearly with
the voltage applied to its terminals. |
